CALIFORNIA – As reported by the Times-Standard: "U.S. attorney believes final suspect will turn himself in today

"The second of three suspects who allegedly stole nearly $200,000 from Cher-Ae Heights Casino in November was freed on bond Monday after turning herself in Friday.

"By way of a conference call with lawyers in San Francisco and Washington, Federal Magistrate Nandor Vadas, from a Eureka courtroom, granted Emily Katherine Weitzel, 22, her release on a bond backed up by her parents.

"During the proceeding, an attorney in San Francisco said he believed a third suspect Peter Daniel Collins, 35, will be turning himself in today …"
