Casino Royale Sale Finalized

SPOKANE, Wash The long-rumored sale of Funscape's Casino Royale site has been finalized. Imperial Energy Corp. (IMPN OTC Bulletin Board) announced September 26, 1996 that it has acquired 100 percent of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Funscape Corp., a close Nevada corporation, through the issuance of 2.6 million common shares.

Funscape Corp. is the owner of CASINO ROYALE(TM), an Internet Virtual Gaming Casino which allows players worldwide to actually participate in the thrill and excitement of Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Monte Carlo style gaming with potential to win cash prizes. Beta testing has been successfully concluded and for that reason, the company expects to increase its Internet links one hundred fold during the next 12 months.
