Casino apologizes for printing error

BOSSIER CITY, Louisiana – As reported by the KSLA TV News: "Diamond Jack's Casino says most of their customers have been understanding about a printing error that promised big money to about 25,000 people.

"The casino mailed out the voucher which, in some cases, offered customers 22 times more money than they were actually suppose to get.

"When Diamond Jack's noticed the mistake they quickly mailed out apology letters explaining what happened.

"…The casino said everyone who got a voucher was later offered a free hotel room for one night or a $30 voucher for any restaurant in the casino."
