Boomtown casino asks for rezoning

MISSISSIPPI -- As reported by the Biloxi Sun Herald: "Boomtown Casino representatives will ask the Biloxi City Council today to rezone 11.25 acres surrounding its Back Bay property from single-family residential to general business waterfront.

"The land includes 39 lots Boomtown purchased near the casino since Hurricane Katrina. General Manager Chet Harrison said Boomtown now has 23 acres and is starting to work on a master plan..."
