Bingo.com Rated As a 'Buy' By Kon-Lin Letter

15 September 2000

MARINA DEL REY, California –(Press Release) --Sept. 15, 2000 -- Bingo.com Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BIGR), a vertical Internet media and entertainment company, announced today that The Kon-Lin Letter, known for years for its leading technical and fundamental analysis, has rated Bingo.com as a ``Buy'' in its September 2000 issue. The letter sited Bingo.com's unprecedented growth rate and stickiness as reasons for its selection.

``The company has achieved phenomenal progress since launching its first Free Bingo games in December '99 and has reached several remarkable milestones, setting important benchmarks for Internet entertainment with its uniquely innovative concepts,'' according to The Kon-Lin Letter.

``BIGR appears to be the hottest single site on the Internet and was recently named 'The Stickiest Site on the Internet' by Nielsen/NetRatings, Inc., which is certainly not reflected in its stock price as it trades in long-term support where we would Add/Buy for a 1st objective up into the $2 1/2-$3 1/2 area.'' Kon-Lin gives Bingo.com an ultimate price target of $6.00 to $7.00. Bingo.com closed yesterday at $.84.

Bingo.com is diligently working towards its objective to become the leading entertainment site through the incorporation of patent-pending technology, to create an innovative and exciting daily user experience.

Bingo.com, which attracts a large diversified user base, has succeeded in building brand awareness and is expanding the inventory of advertising opportunities on its site, while continually broadening the site's content and features.

The quantifiable increase in the level of acceptance of Bingo.com by its users has earned its title of the ``stickiest'' site on the Internet, with an average per-user session in excess of 60 minutes.

CEO of Bingo.com., Shane Murphy said, ``We are pleased to have been noticed by Konrad Kuhn, editor of The Kon-Lin Letter, a long-standing Investment guru among low-priced stocks. His consistent knack for picking quality under followed and undiscovered stocks have earned his solid reputation in this sector.''
