Big win on Downs slots

INNISFIL, Ontario -- As reported by The Barrie Examiner: "A Barrie woman won almost $400,000 while playing the slots at Georgian Downs, Sunday night, the second largest slot-machine win since the gaming machines were installed there.

"The jackpot bells began chiming around 9 p.m., for Pamela Demers.

"...Demers — whose official payout was $384,369.43 — said she plans to use her newfound wealth to buy a house and a new truck, as well as pay off debt..."
