Australian union fined

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the ABC News: "The Federal Court of Australia has fined the state and federal branches of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) $100,000 for industrial action it took at the Burswood Casino complex in Perth in 2004.

"…As well as the fine, the union was ordered to pay the ACCC's legal costs."
