Australia: Crown fined over violations

MELBOURNE, Australia -- The Crown casino was fined for 9 violations of the casino control act during the past year, The Herald Sun reported.

The casino breached the control act when a baby in a stroller was allowed into the casino, The Herald Sun said.

Crown was fined $50,000 for the nine incidents, including $2500 for the baby entry incident, the report said.
