Atronic Brings Magic to New Mexico, California, Michigan

2 June 2003

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – (Press Release) -- Atronic Americas announced today that it will launch new `Magic' Wide Area Progressive (WAP) links for New Mexico, Michigan, and California.

Atronic's first WAP, Arizona Magic (R), is extremely popular with Arizona players. Arizona Magic features the exciting game Sphinx Magic(TM), a stunning merchandising package and the most frequent jackpots in the state. In the six months since the first installs in November 2002, there have been six "Jackpot" or "Magic Jackpot" winners in Arizona, for payouts totaling three quarters of a million dollars. Arizona Magic's proven track record of wins continues to draw Arizona players to the games. Now players and casinos alike in New Mexico, Michigan and California will have their chance to become winners.

Atronic will launch Michigan Magic (R), New Mexico Magic (R) and California Magic (R) this summer. Each Magic WAP will have a unique state-themed branding to support its local nature. Atronic will launch each WAP with the proven successful game Sphinx Magic, supported by the outstanding service, proactive marketing, stunning merchandising package and unique tribal fund that differentiate its Magic WAPs. Each state will have its own link, with the "Jackpot" starting at $50,000 and the "Magic Jackpot" starting at $100,000. New Mexico, Michigan and California players can look forward to new excitement, high hit frequency, innovative bonus rounds and more jackpots when the "Magic" arrives in their states this summer.

Atronic Americas and sister companies Atronic International and Atronic Australia are members of the family-owned and operated Gauselmann Group, which has sold more than 1.8 million machines since inception, and 100,000 gaming devices in the year 2002 alone. Atronic, the world's third largest slot maker, is headquartered in Germany, and has offices in Australia, Austria, Great Britain, Peru, South Africa, and the United States of America. Recently Atronic was recognized as one of the top 100 "Best Workplaces" in Europe. The award was based on employee responses to a confidential questionnaire submitted by the European Union and demonstrates that Atronic's Great People approach is truly successful. Atronic is dedicated to producing only the highest quality of entertaining games and products, which are being operated in 78 countries worldwide. Atronic holds a total of 144 worldwide gaming licenses including the United States of America, where it is licensed to sell machines in 22 states and to 115 tribes.
