Asian Gaming Expo to Focus on Opportunities

3 February 2005

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Investment opportunities in the fast-
growing Asian gaming market will be the topic of the Asian Gaming Investment
Forum, a program that will be presented by Deutsche Bank at the Asian Gaming
Expo, June 14 -15 at Macau Tower.

The Asian Gaming Investment Forum will supplement the existing program at
the expo, which is produced by the Australasian Gaming Machine Manufacturers
Association (AGMMA). Marc Falcone, managing director of Deutsche Bank's
Gaming, Leisure and Lodging practice, will lead the sessions.

Deutsche Bank has been designated the official investment bank of the
expo. International Gaming & Wagering Business (IGWB) magazine has been named
exclusive media sponsor of the forum.

"We think the time is now for a serious investment banking meeting on the
Asian gaming market, and there's no better presenter than Deutsche Bank," said
Ross Ferrar, executive officer, AGMMA. "The Asian Gaming Investment Forum adds
to the leadership stature of our event, which is the largest casino gaming
equipment trade exhibition in the Asian region. We are also pleased the forum
will be supported by a magazine with the global presence of IGWB."

"Our gaming clients are increasingly focused on opportunities in the Asian
market," added Falcone. "We will draw on our relationships with gaming
operators in Asia and around the world, and from the institutional knowledge
base of Deutsche Bank, which has offices in Hong Kong and Sydney, to present a
first-rate program."

The Asian Gaming Investment Forum will be held 3-5 p.m. June 14, and 2-5
p.m. June 15. Sessions will focus on the gaming investment climate in specific
Asian markets and feature speakers from leading Asian operator and vendor
companies. Complete details will be announced in late February.

The Asian Gaming Expo, in its second year, has already distinguished
itself as the must-attend gaming conference and trade show in Asia. This
year's show will include a 3,000-square-meter expo with vendors demonstrating
a full product range of the latest in equipment, technology and services.
