7 February 2006

(PRESS RELEASE) -- 4kingpoker.com have teamed up with leading poker room -- Titan Poker for a mini series of 7 private poker tournaments ending in a grand final for its forum members.

The first tournament will be held on Sunday 12th Feb at 3pm EST / 8pm GMT. Members of the 4kingpoker forum will be able to play against each other at Titan over 6 tournaments competing for a place in the series final. This a great opportunity for poker players to utilise Titan's stunning & highly playable software in poker battle.

The $50 freeroll tournament on the 12th February is just the start of the mini tournament series which will be played on the 2nd & 3rd Sunday of each month. Providing a mix of $50 freerolls and $3+1 buy-ins (with $50 added) the top 30 point scoring players after 6 legs will qualify for a place in the series final. The winner of the final will be declared the overall series winner and will also win a 500 Piece Poker Chip Set.

"The series of low entry buy-ins and freeroll tournaments are a perfect way for our forum members to compete with each other at Titan Poker - one of the fastest growing poker sites. We hope The Titan Series will prove to be a great challenge for our forum members to fight it out for the overall title" commented webmaster Scrawnybob.

We are now well into the season of The 4kingpoker Tour and are pleased to add to our private tournaments with this new mini series for our forum members.

It is a great opportunity for poker players to challenge their friends, beat their mates and for the winners - have top bragging rights on the 4kingpoker forum. Players will be able to see their names up on the leaderboard after each event and a bit of friendly rivalry is expected over who will finish the overall 4kingpoker Titan Series champion and have the added bonus of a poker chip set to use in home games.

Webmaster Scrawnybob added "Private tournaments are the perfect way for players to try new poker sites and to build a vibrant online poker community. The standard of play at all three sites is high and amongst out forum members so it should be very interesting to see who takes the crown".

As well as launching its private tournaments for members, 4kingpoker has a growing forum and features original content -- poker tips & articles written in a no-nonsense style, down to earth poker room reviews & regular competitions to win poker related prizes.
