1st Genx Launches First Ever Online No Points Contest

31 July 2001

LAS VEGAS--(Press Release)--July 31, 2001--1st Genx, in conjunction with its wholly owned subsidiary No Frills Lottery Company, Inc., today unveiled its exclusive No Points Contest.

Mr. Markus, President & CEO, comments ``This contest is unique in its nature as it is contrary to the conventional Las Vegas sports book wagering system. The contestant's ability to win is not handicapped by the ability to beat a point spread. In this respect it resembles an office football pool, with which most football fans are already familiar.''

The Company anticipates generating gross revenues of $3.4 million dollars. Total winning payouts ($628,000) administration and cost of sales ($772,000) total combined expenses are $1.4 million dollars. Based on the volume projected, net profits would be $2 million dollars which would equate to earnings of approximately $0.165 per share.

The Company will utilize $200,000 dollars from its established line of credit to initiate its advertising campaign. This campaign will consist of marketing through major named gaming and sports websites, publications and also offline media to publicize the site to potential users.

Mr. Markus states, ``With the realization of these profits, the Company will be able to accelerate its business development plans. 1st Genx's two-pronged business plan will kick into high gear, leveraging its market share of the rapidly growing I-gaming industry to take strategic equity stakes in key companies in several fields of endeavor. I am confident that the Company's holdings will demonstrate value and profitable returns in the fourth quarter of this year.''

Conventional sports books offer a narrow range of football wagering possibilities, limited to permutations of even money bets paid at ten to eleven odds. Over/Under and point- spread wagers require a bettor to outguess the aggregate of informed opinion. Predicting the winner is insufficient; a bettor has to beat the spread as well. Many bettors are uncomfortable with this situation, and find predicting which team will win to be a much easier task.

1st Genx has studied the sports book industry and came up with an alternative wagering system. A system that does not require handicapping skills, in-depth knowledge of sports, visits to a casino, and large investments. Most importantly, this solution offers a fun and exciting alternative wagering system.
