Hello Mr. Scoblete:

About a week ago I saw a documentary on the Golden Touch dice control technique of shooting craps ("The Dice Dominator") to which I felt vindicated. I have always felt that this could be done. I'm in no way saying I'm in your league but none the less I love the game.

I just would like you to answer a question if you can. I read a book several years ago called The Captain's doey-don't craps book on how to lower the house edge in craps. It wasn't exactly this title but I hope you get the drift. Reason I want to know if you penned this book is because it helped me learn craps. So did you write it? I would also be interested in your current books on arm and dice control. Which would you suggest for the average player?

The book you are referring to is Beat the Craps Out of the Casinos! which I wrote in 1989 and published in 1990. The Captain is now 88 years old and retired from the game of craps owing to health issues. He was the greatest genius in the history of craps.

I have a new book coming out in the spring of 2010, published by Triumph Books, a division of Random House, titled Casino Craps: Shoot to Win! This will be the most comprehensive book ever written on craps -- from novice to controlled shooter. It will have betting strategies, money management and advantage-play methods. There will also be a DVD showing actual controlled throws by the best shooters in the world. For craps players I think this book will be a must read.
