You don't have to win a fortune in a casino to have great fun. There are lots of different things in today's mega-casinos to provide loads of entertainment. First, there are the pools at most resort casinos. Some even have live music and bars to keep guest entertained. The large casinos in Las Vegas even have water parks and fish aquariums for both the older and younger guest. Just about all casinos have big name entertainment on their stages. Others have show lounges with up and coming comedy acts, music reviews or magicians.
For the outdoor type some resorts have golf or tennis to help you have fun during the daytime. Resorts in the Lake Tahoe area have sightseeing boats cruising around the lake for their guests. After a hard round of golf, a spa, mud bath or massage can be a great help to get you in shape for an evening's challenge at the tables. Don't forget the gyms, steam rooms and personal trainers in many resorts.
We should not forget the casino food. Large and small casinos have hired some of the best chefs for their restaurants. The buffets are known for their variety and great prices. You should try Green Valley Ranch buffet in Henderson. It is one of the best buffets in Nevada, according to me. Don't miss a late night snack in the casinos' coffee shops, delis, or sport cafes. The Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas has 14 different places to eat in this one casino. Yes, you can have great fun when you win at the casino; however, as the saying goes, "life is more than a bowl of cherries." A casino visit should be more fun for you than just gambling.
